Bob Lehmann and Jan Schmitt founded Schmitt & Lehmann, Inc. in 1991. Since then,
the court reporting firm has grown to over 15 professional, friendly, and highly competent court
reporters.

Both Jan Schmitt
and Bob Lehmann continue as active reporters and business managers, allowing them to add, update,
and fine-tune client services.

Oregon locations for your convenience. Both offices offer staff and conference rooms, are
located next to major hotels, excellent restaurants, and many transportation options.

The S&L, Inc. team meets exacting professional standards and provides
precision in real-time court reporting. Our court reporters average over 10 years of
experience and are Certified Shorthand Reporters (CSR). Reporters are assigned
to specific cases to provide consistency and continuity to the record-keeping
process. Clients benefit by way of a higher quality transcript and accurate
exhibit management. Our reporter staff has strict requirements for transcription
delivery, ensuring our clients can stay on task with case time requirements. There
