About Schmitt & LehmannBob Lehmann and Jan Schmitt have been professional court reporters for over 25 years in the Portland, Oregon, and Southwest Washington area. Bob and Jan continue to report and share office management responsibilities. Both very much enjoy the client contact and friendships that develop over many years of client service. They formed Schmitt & Lehmann, Inc. in 1991, attracting many of the area's top court reporters and legal transcriptionists. Client convenience and service receive constant attention and resources. We offer both Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington, deposition conference rooms. Schmitt & Lehmann, Inc. has full-time staff personally committed to giving you the best in scheduling, product assembly, and product delivery services. We maintain standard office hours (8AM to 5 PM Pacific Time) and also offer an after-hours contact number for those emergencies. One sure way to guarantee “customer satisfaction” is to focus on “employee satisfaction”. Both Jan and Bob know what it takes to keep talented court reporters. It starts with respect for people who do an exacting and sometimes tedious job, and it includes creating a friendly, supportive environment for reporters, staff, and clients. Our friendly and professional staff interfaces with reporters and clients to provide prompt and accurate service. Responding to client requests, assembling projects, and filing transcripts are a few of the important tasks provided. Clients appreciate the quick response only a dedicated and professional office staff can provide. Both of our offices are located next to major hotels, restaurants and transportation corridors. |
